We thoroughly enjoyed all the hotel offered, its very good staff and location. Very quick check-in was easy, it was a bonus. Moreover, check-out was easy.

Beautiful historical hotel with amazing pool and reliable wi-fi. Staff seemed highly courteous making your stay very relaxing. Sweeping view of lake. Breakfast had plenty of food, including lovely fruit, breads, cereals, milk and boiled eggs🙂

It's our place to stay when in Whitby! Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

My experience at this pleasant hotel was brilliant. Excellent value property, clean, with fab location so close to the sea front, centre. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it.

Loved it - the place is lovely and suited me fine. Brilliant location, 15 minutes' walk to a history museum.

Perfect location; quick check-in. The beds were extremely comfy, I slept well. The place was close to Whitby heart of the city. Wonderful stay.

I enjoyed the convenient interior and the free wifi. The staff were constantly very very friendly. I slept so comfy in the good bed. And it was fantastic, the bathroom - generous-sized. Amazing base for a short stay. Very lovely stay in the beautiful area.

We really enjoyed almost every detail: super location, helpful staff. Stayed in new-fashioned deluxe suite with a view, fridge, microwave. Contemporary furnishings. Early check in and late check out. What's more, the parking nearby was a nice bonus.

It deserves its 4 stars. Really loved that we had fridge and microwave in the double room.

kitchenette was a nice surprise. near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. moreover, we could park our car nearby. the hotel met the criteria, we would happily return.
